Innovating American Education
We boost the teacher pay to attract and retain the best of the best, all to unlock students’ full potential!
Our approach
Through strategic fundraising, we provide teachers with higher pay that reflects their pivotal role in shaping our children's academic development. Studies show that supporting teachers financially profoundly impacts student outcomes!
The BIG idea
To improve academic development, we must attract and retain exceptional teachers by boosting their pay.
Start small
We are piloting our program at two charter schools, and then we will expand and grow our initiative.
Laser focus
We are helping children by attracting and retaining exceptional educators, nothing else.
How it works
Your donations go to participant schools and are only used to augment teacher pay—pretty straightforward! Our strategy model has three steps:
Raise
We raise money to instantly and continually boost teacher pay.
Distribute
We provide funds to participant schools for distribution.
Oversee
We ensure that teachers receive these funds twice yearly.
Teachers are undervalued
Teachers play an instrumental role in our society. They help mold and develop our future generations. As such, we see them as the most valuable aspect of building a better tomorrow. They deserve a compensation that aligns with their value. That isn’t happening today.
So we are doing something about it!
We are starting with two charter schools. One is Wesley International Academy in Atlanta, GA.
Why stop at just one?
The second is The Museum School in Decatur, GA. After that, the sky is the limit!
Once the Pilot concludes…
we will expand nationwide! Did I mention we are innovating the American education system? We have big plans, which is why we need your help. Get involved, today!
